Loan car

I took my C class 350 Cdi for it's second service, only to discover that there were issues with a seal and that the car would only be ready 5 days later. (The car is still under warranty). I requested for a loan car for this period as I need the vehicle for work purposes. I was told at 15h30 that afternoon that there was not a loan car available, but they could get a car if I paid the insurance for the 5 day period. My insurance company and my principles refused to pay for the loan car's insurance. They have my car (which I pay for and the insurance as well while it sits in their workshop).<br> <br> Well needless to say I sit with no car for 5 days. <br> Well done Mercedes, never again.
