Lip Service

I booked in my vehicle for service on Tuesday 22 March 2022 the Service Advisor called me and said that this guy's are working on the vehicle. Wednesday still he was not sure of what was wrong with the vehicle. I requested for loan vehicle since I use my vehicle for work purposes. Still today I still don't have my vehicle nor loan vehicle. Mercedes Benz' is pathetic to say the least. Managers cant make decisions .I wouldn't refer anyone even my enemy to buy Mercedes Benz from Umhlanga branch. Useless service and Managers who know nothing about clientele service.
