I purchased a Mercedes Benz A class in January 2015, which Kavesh Naidoo told me came standard with rain sensors. After a 10 month battle with them promising me a new A class and then a CLA that matches my spec's and the price I am paying for the car as well as trying to fit them themselves they came back with no solution because of course they did not want to lose money for their mistake. The option they gave me was to give the car back and walk away without penalties as I was on a Mercedes Benz agility deal. That however put me in a worse financial position. I was going through a divorce and having to pay legal fees for a divorce lawyer, giving the car back meant that I would need a deposit for a new car. I unfortunately was not in the financial position to afford a new car. So I landed up having to keep the car with no rain sensors.<br> <br> In November 2015 I then needed to sell the car as I have now immigrated to the UK. Kavesh **** to myself and my dad about prospective buyers. My dad then decided to buy the vehicle from me through Mercedes Northcliff. They then tried to rip him off R20,000. After which, I told him to take the car home and I will continue to pay for it. *****!
