MERCEDES BENZ SA HAS HIT A JUNK RATING. ITS SYSTEMS DON’T WORK AND IT LEAVES YOU STRANDED. It’s time for Mercedes to come clean about the lies it spreads. Ten times has head office told the dealership my car is lingering at and me (over the 12-day period of my car’s broken gearbox) that I’ll get a replacement car that very day? And you know what? The dealerships have a dumbo poster that tells you they “live the promise”. Apart from the semantic impossibility of the statement and its cheap birth inside the empty head of an advertising agent, it is plain untrue. Why the lies? Why the incompetence?
