Inspection failure

Bought a car from Mercedes- Benz Constantia Kloof on the 12th November 2015. When signing for the car it was stated on the contract the amount of the km's is 22000 Km when getting into the car the km's showed 25835 km's. Miss representation from day 1. <br> <br> After 2 days found that the car was not balanced correctly but kept on driving the car until tire on the left front hand side had a slow puncher because of a nail. it's impossible for me to have picked up nail as the car is parked in the garage or in the ba*****t, during the day at work. <br> <br> I have spoken to the manager of sales in Mercedes Benz Constantia Kloof today, he did not seem interested in assisting me or sorting out the problem at hand, but rather advised that I should replace THIER old tires with 2 new tires at my own expense. <br> Personally I think that the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Constantia Kloof messed me around from day one and must go extra mile to at least compensate me in some way or the other.<br> <br> Requesting replacement of the tires from Mercedes-Benz for not doing correct inspection of the car.
