Inferior quality for supposedly luxurious mercedes benz

I am utterly disappointed! I used to think so highly of Mercedes Benz as a good, quality luxury car. Well thats just an illusion we are fed as customers. How can an only 3 years old car have its seat cover trims come off and Mercedes Benz decline to pay for it because the car is out of warranty... I mean really!!! I would understand if the claim was for more serious parts of the car but NOT trims. I mean there are cars, not even luxury cars which never have this problem. The seat trims hold for YEARS and YEARS. So this means Mercedes Benz knows they give inferior quality hence the cover for the trims is only for 2 years! Yeerrr this disappointing!!!!! I would understand if there was a cut on the material which would have been our fault.
