Inept PMB branch. Appalling!

We booked a car for service, PMB. I dropped off the car and couldn't secure a lift back to Hammarsdale. They claimed they could only drop me off at Ashburton and not all the way. The staff is so unfriendly. So much time wasted with staff dilly dallying and the manager is said to be in a meeting and no one else can make a decision if I'm getting dropped off or not. Absolutely appalling. The car I brought in is NC 34937. There was a commotion from the beginning as the staff claimed the car had not been booked. No one even apologized for that ineptitude. I had been servicing in Pinetown with no problems. First time I encounter a branch this useless!
