<p>I phoned Mercedes Benz Financial Services for my Natis documentation on Friday, 18 November 2016 and was told 3-5 working days. Since I was in a hurry as I found a vehicle that was being kept for me, I enquired as to me collecting due to the urgency, I was told 3 - 5 working days. I found this odd as why would it take the same amount of time...</p> <p><br />On Thursday last week I phoned and enquired as to when I will receive the documents. I at that stage indicated my unhappiness and urgency with the documents. I was promised Friday, otherwise Monday morning latest. Well, it is now Monday afternoon and still no document...</p> <p><br />I spent weeks to find this vehicle and due to your incompetence I will probably loose the vehicle... all your people say is they are sorry, but does not offer any further assistance, which then makes you patronizing. Sorry does not fix anything, and you can hear how sorry you are as to date which is Monday afternoon, I still don't have the document. </p> <p><br />Do you know what your Portia Mashaba tell me now... I am welcome to come and fetch it... now at 16h30 in Pta, I am in Johannesburg. I wanted to come fetch the documents Friday a week ago.</p> <p><br />Do you know what you say... I am sorry... Well, I am sorry... I am going to tell everyone how *********** Mercedes Benz is and I will never encourage anyone ever to buy a merc and needless to say that you will never see me in another Merc again...ever!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
