I had been to Mercedes-Benz Lifestyle centre twice in the past 2 years.<br> <br> Shocks:<br> Last year they quoted me R17000 to \replace"my rattling shocks. I decided to have a look at it myself. Worn rubber. I ended up fixing it myself with a bit of wire. I've driven more than 10000km without an issue. <br> <br> Power steering:<br> I asked them to have a look at the Power steering which had cut out a few times. When it did an alarm would sound. They could not find the problem. <br> <br> After the service it started cutting out a lot more. The difference being that my car no longer warns me at all. I asked them about it to which the reply was that they don't really know.<br> <br> Dead Battery:<br> My car battery was dead the other day. Mercedes-Benz towed it in"
