<p>I have held and paid my installments over the past 60 months. Upon maturity of my contract with an oustanding residual I have made numerous calls followed up by emails speaking to a Mr Hans Mbangane and finally a Ms Portia Malebye in order to apply for re-finance from my company to my personal capacity. After having little or late responses and numerous telephone and email follow ups - I have reeived no factual response only to have the legal department being very abrupt contacting me. Without even a notice as I was still awaiting a response from Ms Malebye. I have now requested a full settlement to end my relationship with Mercedes Benz Financial Services. Ms Malebye has let this brand so badly down. It is regrettable!</p>
