Incompetant consultant

Took my car to mercedes benz Ronnies motors east london.a guy by the name of Anthonio helped me.i left my car there.at around 3 decided to go to the neatest mall while im waiting.when i saw tha its becoming late around 4.i called him.he said my phone was on vpicemail.he left a msg.he will send the driver who will call me.i waoted for the driver.still the driver was not calling me.it was around 6 now.i called no one picked up the phone.the driver arrived past 6.mind you im at the packing lot.ill never forget that.that guy never called to check if the driver arrived or not
