I guess Mercedes Benz is too busy for my business

I went to MB Constantia Kloof, wanted to buy a CLA, the sales guys by the name Zulu had to rush me off because he was going offsite with another sales guy, took my details and was supposed to get me a CLA 250 for test drive. He never called me or said anything to. I called the Friday morning when he’s said he would have something to test drive for me, he said he will get back to me he was busy.

Week later he never called, I made a call to find out what’s happening, he was too busy, I spoke to a Kgotso who took my details and said he will let me know. I said this time I’m willing to settle for a CLa 200 or even a C class 200,

Guys never called nothing happened.

I went to the dealer at 17:30 after checking that they close at 18:00, got there “ they have knocked off” . The one guy pointed me to Zulus desk to take his business card.

Frustrated I call him, he still say he will call me in the morning when he comes in. I still never got the call.

I guess Constantia Kloof is just too busy for my business or maybe I’m not spending a million rands?
