HORRORIBLE MAINTAINANCE PLAN SERVICE - STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND

The most horrible service after my car broke down on a Wednesday whilst on the way to Durban from Pretoria, I had a family emergency and requested assistance with a courtesy car so that I could still be able to get to Durban on Thursday. The dealer submitted my application for a courtesy car on a Thursday morning and I followed up with the call centre the entire day on Thursday it Friday today , day 3 , no assistance whatsoever .
