Horrific service at Mercedes Benz Bryanston

On 29th July 2020, I booked my Mercedes Benz in for a service at Mercedes Benz Bryanston. I walked in hoping that I obtain a quick and efficient service, but to my disgust, I was left feeling disrespected and inferior. I reported to the desk and was informed that Mr Jan Fritz would come down and book my car in. I usually consult with Mr Jan Fritz, however, due to his busy schedule, he was unavailable at that time. Still waiting patiently, 30 minutes later, I once again reported to the desk to enquire about any other sales manager that could assist me, but my efforts were to no avail. I found the staff with their hands in their pockets, lazying around, disinterested and not prepared to assist in any way. I was absolutely disgusted and shocked to learn that ****** is still rife in our country, 27 years after the end of apartheid. I expected a warm and pleasant approach by the lady at the front desk, but all I found was a stinking, ****** attitude. Very uninterested, rude and extremely disrespectful. Mercedes should please indicate whether their dealerships welcome white people only, as this treatment of inferiority towards other races will most certainly not be tolerated and accepted. If it were not for Mr Jan Fritz and Mr Zunaid Saloojee, I will never step foot again in that dealership. Very very poor and disappointing experience. Staff need serious “fixing up and shaking up”!!!
