Horrid Experience

After taking my Vehicle for repairs in June, I needed to take the vehicle in a second time, for specific repairs related to a roadworthy evaluation.

The parts were exceptionally expensive beyond reason, and the service was useless. They ordered the wrong parts for the vehicle, note it is a MERCEDES and I took it to MERCEDES, how do they order the wrong part?

suffice to say that I hope never to have to deal with them again.
