Horrible telephone manners and lazy employees

<p>I called into the ********** 500 to request something business related.</p> <p>I had to keep calling over and over again as they claim not to hear me or listen to my request then hang up!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I was put to HR department three times and they kept cutting me off?!</p> <p> </p> <p>This was a business related matter and I cant continue as NO ONE is willing to help and the switchboard lady insists I call them later as SHE DOESNT KNOW WHY THEY"RE NOT ANSWERING.</p> <p> </p> <p>Im not sattisfied at all with this call centre and i think it should be reported as there are many unemployed people who could do a finer job at this than these lazy people who know nothing about customer service!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>5 times and still no help.</p>
