Horrible service. Don't buy

My still in service plan A-class was towed into Cargo Motors Klerksdorp December 2022. Parts were ordered months ago. Car still in workshop as Mercedes is still waiting for parts. The manager assured me last week that parts are coming in, but after enquiring today, an extremely rude Marise at workshop said they will not be able to tell me when my car will be fixed. In the meantime, rental department rented a Renault Triber for me. Imagine buying a Mercedes and ending up with a Renault with wheels the size of marie bicuits on SA roads. Klerksdorp manager last week said he'll organize a vehicle for me. But now he's ignoring my calls. Don't buy Mercedes. Apart from spending a whole lot of money you'll also be buying a whole dumptruck worth of frustration and woes. Sell your Mercedes immediately and move on to better customer service brands. Wish I sold this car months ago.
