Horrible service!!

Im just amazed at how a car can stay whole 4 weeks at a dealership only to find that there was an accident! Only to be told when i call?? After that my car is taken to be fixed where i do not even know! Now after 7 weeks i get a call to come fetch the car just like!!?? Is this how you work mercedes???? How about the value of my car?? Wow!!
