Horrible service

Its really sad that we run away from other dealers for best service but when we go to the “Best service dealer” we get the worst service ever! I took my car to mercedes in westrand on the 4th of July 2024, i had to make follow up calls for 4 weeks until i was told that my car was in an accident! The story still doesnt add up! Fast forward to 6 weeks later i get a call that my car is ready for collection with different colors and lights not the same! I get no apology for the accident instead im treated like a *****! I regret taking my car there
