Horrible customer care experience with Mercedes Benz

Mercedes Benz SA customer service has been going down for some time now. I have been writing emails asking for a settlement letter, no response. I wrote to mbfsenquiries as well no response. For the whole month, no response. Now i am trying to call them and I have been holding for half an hour. No one is answering,
