Honest Customer Reviews of Service avoided

<p>I had the displeasure of taking my wifes car for a service at Mercedes Sandton. The car came back not having been cleaned. When the company doing research for Mercedes Sandton phoned my wife, their customer, she mentioned the dirty car. Soon thereafter the customer service officer responsible for her car called her shouting and screaming at her for having rated the service an 8 instead of a 10. Not just remonstrating with her but really screaming that she cannot get an 8 because it would spoil her record. This is NOT what we expect from a Mercedes Dealership!</p>
