Great service at Mercedes Benz Wonderboom from Mr. Jurie Nortje, Mr. Maluleke (the driver) and the car cleaning staff

<p>I sincerely appreciate all your efforts and hard work. I took my car in for brake pads on the 13th of June 2017. Mr. Jurie Nortje was assigned as my service advisor, while Mr. Maluleke was on short notice requested to pick me up from my workplace in order for me to collect the car.</p> <p> </p> <p>Mr. Nortje assisted with ensuring that work carried out on my car goes smoothly and additional work such a wheel alignment was also carried out. I was also extremely impressed by his friendliness (this allows for a client to discuss their needs and seek advice freely).</p> <p> </p> <p>The Driver that dropped me at work in the morning came back earlier than expected to pick me up and unfortunately I couldn’t leave my office at that given time. After explaining my situation to Mr. Nortje, he arranged for a second driver by the name of Mr. Maluleke to come pick me up. I enjoyed my ride with Mr. Maluleke, his charismatic character and friendly disposition towards clients instantly makes him approachable (he even made me fall in love with the C200 Diesel as he explained how petrol friendly it is).</p> <p> </p> <p>Mr. Nortje and Mr. Maluleke indeed made sure that my transport needs are taken care of and I believe this deserves a big hand of praise, as I was made not feel that I didn’t have a car for the day. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would also like to send a big shout out to the car cleaning staff as well, my car was SUPER CLEAN and my work name tag that has been missing for months was also recovered (I assume while thoroughly cleaning the car) and to my surprise this couldn’t be located even after taking the car to the car wash on several occasions. Each time my car goes to Mercedes Benz Wonderboom it comes back looking clean as new and I even feel like spending a night inside it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I believe all of the above is very important, I can proudly say I received first-class service from Mercedes Benz Wonderboom. I also believe they are a fine asset to Mercedes SA and MAY their performance continue to impress clients. This also puts the "the best customer service or nothing" slogan into perspective!
