Great service and support!

I travelled between Knysna and PE and noticed that my car's engine warning light was on. I called the 0800 service, and the lady did her best to connect me to a technician in PE. I eventually dropped the call because I held on for some time. She then called me back and connected me to a technician in PE, who told me the issue was not serious and I can make a turn by them to have it checked out. I arrived in PE after lunch, and the reception by almost everyone was simply warm and welcoming. They took my vehicle in immediately and offered us drinks in the cafeteria area. <br> After a while the technician assured me there was nothing wrong, and probably an incorrect computer error, or incorrect sensor. I was simply awed by the support of both the 0800 service as well as the PE staff, and believe they deserve appreciation and commendation. I'm proud to drive a MB.
