Good cars but terrible staff

Upon walking into the dealership I was already shocked at how unfriendly everyone was after having just been to an Audi dealership. I was also only taken seriously when I mentioned I'm driving a 2014 bmw and want to trade it in. The sales rep then went on about how BMW / audi are **** cars... I don't think arrogance is a good sales technique. Especially considering the previous a180 was a renault (not bashing the brand, just ironic). I must be honest the way in which the rep spoke completely put me off Mercedes as an option. #blackfriday
