Frustrated with Mercedes Benz repair services

I am extremely frustrated with Mercedes Benz repair services. I purchased a brand new Mercedes Benz CLA in 2018. While driving, the panoramic sunroof exploded twice and the glass panel detached from the vehicle. The former incident occurred 8 months after the purchase and the latter on 22 February 2022. Both incidents were traumatic, fortunately there were no injuries.The car insurance authorized the second claim on 25 February 22 and the Silverlakes ARC(Pty)was selected as the repairer. It's been more than two months since the incident but my vehicle is still not repaired. The Silverlakes ARC(Pty) reported that they are still waiting for the back order part (panoramic roof glass) and Mercedes Benz SA does not have any available dates from Germany. I had lodged a complaint to Mercedes Benz through website and did not receive a response. This is really annoying.
