Financial Services Pathetic

The remaining finance on my vehicle was settled in December 2011. I am still waiting for my vehicle Certificate of Registration!!! <br> <br> All I get are excuses, bad attitude and being placed / put on hold. <br> <br> The incorrect forms were sent to me, which I returned on 27 January 2015.<br> <br> I am still waiting for the required paperwork which makes me the Titleholder of my vehicle!<br> <br> Mr Mahlango was extremely sarcastic. Service is unacceptable from a seemingly professional company.<br> <br> The Call centre staff are just as unhelpful.
