I bought a used Vito at Mercedes Benz Wonderboom collected it on 02-10-2020 I was told to bring the car 07-10-2020 Wednesday for software update And Valet according to the sales person then I brought the Wednesday and told the Sales man that the Smash and grab had bubbles he said he will fix that together with the valet , they kept the car from 07 till 13 October today when I pick up e car the smash and grab has not been fixed the car was not Valet still dirty inside the Licence Disc has expired 31-05-2020 what were they doing with the car for so long if they haven’t done small things they were supposed to do with the car when I call the sales person he doesn’t take my calls
