Faulty vehicle

Hello, i bought a brand new c200 in 2017 June in Umhlanga dealership, In 2019 January i got stuck on the road i had to call their technician who then said it needed to be towed, it came out that injectors were faulty, they replaced the 2 about a week later i got stuck again they then had to replace all 4. August this year i got stuck again it was injectors which they took 2 weeks to fix, a week later i got stuck it was some plugs, they took about 2 weeks with it and 2 days later i got stuck again it is some converter thing which they still have my car “fixing” I want Mercedes to tell its customers that us this what they are selling to us? Are they comfortable that i have been getting stuck on the road and no one us able to fix the car once and for all? I honestly regret the day i walked into that dealership to buy a car.
