Faulty car C180

I bought a C180 at Mercedes Fountains last year It went for first 3 services the fourth one the car came back with a horrible sound we took it back the sound was silenced but the fan runs minutes after the car is switched off ,we have returned the car more than 4 times still no help Communicated to Allen the manager still nothing I actually think I was sold a faulty car
