FALSE ADVERTISING & BAD SERVICE

I app**** for finance through the Mercedes Benz agility finance program, advertised by Mercedes at highly reasonable monthly installments<br> <br> After credit application I was informed that I do not qualify for the agility plan which was an installment of R5800 but Mercedes will finance it through a bank with an installment of R7800. I asked the branch manager why I don't qualify for a lower installment and was informed my credit was declined by Mercedes Benz.They could not tell me why it was declined as I have little debt, I have a good credit record and my credit report indicates I am a very low risk client. <br> <br> The same Mercedes Benz branch who imp**** I cannot afford R5800 comes back and tells me that I can pay R7800, doesn't make sense. It comes across as false advertising to lure customers in with no intention granting agility finance. The fact that no one can explain why the credit was declined makes me suspicious that Mercedes would prefer to have it financed through a bank so they don't incur any risk<br> <br> The staff of the Pinetown branch were extremely unfriendly and they refused to refund my holding deposit until I became irate and started to call every day to request it.
