False advertising!!

Mercedes Benz Empangeni advertised a pre- owned Polo Vivo 2019 on cars.co.za. I sent an enquiry on the 20th Feb. This vehicle was initially advertised for R159 k on cars.co.za (I have a screenshot).My father called the number listed , which was the manager's number on 21 Feb (Sunday morning) he informed him that he will get someone to call him on Monday morning. He also confirmed the price on the vehicle as R159K. No one called us on Monday , my father sent him a WhatsApp but he failed to provide us with any information and ignored us. I made another enquiry on the car on approximately Monday night. On Tuesday a lady called Julianna or Julz called me and told me this vehicle was in finance and I will get second preference if the deal doesn't go through, yet I made an enquiry immediately when the as was posted and contacted the seller first. She has never called me back and now I see the vehicle is re-advertised for a higher price and the original advert deleted. Absolutely *********! And infringing the consumer protection regulations.
