**** plastic seats fitted in Mercedes Benz GLC and CLA

I bought a Mercedes Benz GLC 220 D in October 2018 at R900, 0000.00 the front passenger seat start to tear and the next the drivers seat. When I contacted Mercedes Benz South Africa I was told I need to pay for the seats to be fixed how do you price a car close to. Million Rand and fit synthetic leather instead of genuine leather and don't even tell the client that. The value of the car and the quality fitted in the car is a reap off. I have taken this complaints up to Motor Ombudsman Mercedes Benz doesnt care. The car is so bad that I really don't know what to do anymore. Mercedes Benz doesn't care all they want is robbing clients. Before you buy a Mercedes you need to think twice. The brand has lost its quality and value and the most painful part they don't care about their clients they have ****** me and I know I might not be as big as them but someone will listen to my case because Mercedes doesn't care at all they took my money and made profit that's all that matters to them. And I heard CLA has the same issue as GLC before you buy that car check the quality of the car inside
