Failing auto repair faulty

I'm so frustrated with Mercedes benz in pinetown, they refused to repair the window button which break after 2 months purchasing the car. I think it's was failuly but they fail to repair it while I think it's under warranty. I bought the car in September but not the window is not working... plus helo
