Extremely NON-CARE atttitude and faulty cars

Our Company has purchased over 30 Mercedes Benz cars over the last 12 years as Sales Incentives for our Team Leaders. <br> Since 3 years back we've had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS with our cars. <br> <br> So much so that it's actually putting a Team Leaders LIFE IN DANGER! For the last 2.5 years now her breaks are giving problems and they CANNOT SORT IT OUT. She had to HIRE A CAR in December for her vacation as she could not rely on her own car. <br> <br> We've found the Brand to be EXTREMELY arrogant and they are not assisting us with either fixing the car or replacing it. <br> <br> Furthermore we've had two more cars giving problems - BRAND NEW CARS - one with the shocks and the other with air-conditioning. <br> <br> We are NOT coming right with South Africa and cannot associate with this Brand anymore like most other Merc owners we have spoken to. <br> <br> Please can someone put pressure on SA to SORTH THIS OUT.
