ExTREMELY ANGRY and DISSAPOINTED

My name Is Bongani Sigudu car Registration JB33VN GP CONTACTS *** Iam very dissapointed with Mercedes Benz grand CENTRAL motors in midrand.I bought mercerdes Benz gle 43 in December 2020 .within 1week of driving this car the car was vibrating the suspension is not stable ,I took the car back and they called me and told me to come fetch it back because they have fixed the car,.I asked them for an invoice as proof but they could not provide it because they knew they did nothing with the car.I took it back and the problem was there I called them that there’s no difference and that’s when they asked me to bring it for 2nd time and they called me back after few weeks to say I can come fetch it because they fixed the car then this time they were able to provide proof of invoice that showed they have spend almost R130 000 fixing the car.I asked why they **** about fixing the car the first time I brought it back to them nobody gave an answer.I took it back the 3rd time hoping the car is fine but the problem is still there the car vibrates on the front and it’s not stable ,I took it back and asked if they can give me another car that was stable,they said they will look for one ,two weeks ago I called them they brought another Gle 43 2018 model more than 40 000kilometres model , they said it’s the only gle 43 they found . I tested the car and it was more stable than the one they sold to me .then they said if I want to keep the one they brought I can then I agreed . Then they said they will give it to me but they need to sort out some paperwork first before they can hand it over . Then after few days they called to say they can’t give me the car they started ignoring my calls then later they said if they give it to me I must take it with same price as the 1st one of which the 1st ones it’s a 2019 I bought it at 30 000 kilometres and this one they brought recently it’s 2018 model 40 000 kilometres which is not fair .IM NOW STUCK WITH A CAR I DONT ENJOY DRIVING AND EVERYMONTH I MUST PAY FOR THIS CAR IM VERY DISSAPOINTED THE MANAGERS NAME IS GERRY he now ignores my calls .Why in the 1st place did they promise to exchange the car and now Then now giving me stories I TOOK THE CAR BACK MORE THAN 3times The car is not fixed .It drives like it was from an Accident WITH UNSTABLE SUSPENTION
