Extenely Poor Customer Service at McCarthy Kunene Witbank.

My car activated antitheft mode on the 18th February 2023, and for whatever reasons stopped all operations. I eventually got it towed to Mercedes Benz Dealership in Witbank on the 21 February 2023.

Today it's the 28, no one has bothered to tell me what's really wrong with the car. What's really sad is that I have to keep on calling them for updates, so far the reasons given ranged from technicians being busy, voltage faults to foreman being not available the whole of last week.

This is totally unacceptable. May someone get to the bottom of this please. What is wrong with my car?
