Exploded sunroof

I write to express my total dissatisfaction with the way Mercedes Benz has let me down regarding its failure to repair the sunroof on my vehicle acquired in January this year.<br> <br> Brief Background <br> On the morning of the 26th of March I was on the Sefako Makgatho/ Zambezi Drive traveling to work with my kids. It was raining. I heard a shattering sound from the roof of my vehicle. I stopped to inspect and found out that the glass was shattered and water was pouring into the car. <br> <br> I then on arrival to my workplace informed the dealership who were not surprised at the nature of the problem with my car. They at first instance promised to fix the vehicle upon authorization from Mercedes Benz. I was later on called and was told that Mercedes Benz had declined repairing my vehicle.<br> <br> My understanding,<br> I understand that this is a defect on the vehicle and of which my insurance is not liable to pay. This is based on my understanding that this is not the first time that such an occurrence has happened. Please note that my vehicle is still under warranty.<br> <br>
