Exceptional Service from Sandton Mercedes

I would just like to put on record the extraordinary service both my wife and I received from Sandton Mercedes in May 2015. The car went in for a radiator pipe problem on Wednesday 6th May 2015 and he could not get it ready by the weekend. He had been phoning twice everyday providing updates. He arranged for a new loan car for us to drive to a wedding in KZN for the weekend. <br> <br> What was particularly remarkable, was how Sandton Mercedes came to our assistance was when we had a problem over the weekend. The front tyre developed a bubble and the run flat could take us back to Johannesburg. On Sunday Morning at 11:30, between the Mercedes Helpdesk lady, the Sandton Workshop manager Mohammed, the Mercedes breakdown technician Fayeez, the Dunlop Store Manager and the Dunlop Store team lead, they were all able to ensure that had a new tyre fitted to the car and put us back on the road again. The breakdown technician even remarked that this was exceptional service.<br> <br> Back at Sandton Mercedes Steven phoned, apologised about the inconvenience and started the process of refunding the tyre purchase we had made.
