I would like to give a special thank you to Emily from Mercedes Brynston for he exceptional level of service.

I booked my car in for service, everything was handled professionally and she went all out to make sure I was accommodated. This one time she even worked overtime waiting for the service department to finish working on my car.

When they couldn't she negotiated and managed to get me a courtesy car. I mean this is my dealership of choice (I will never service my car anywhere), the staff there make you feel special even the ladies by the coffee counter treat customers with respect.

I am so impressed that I am even buying my second car from there. Guys please maintain you good customer service, you're awesome and I love you..
