Exceptional bad and disappointing service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>1) Bought ML350 bluetec out of box with full service plan</p> <p>2) Every service at +/- 17000 km a light goes on for top up adblue. Every time went to dealer for top-up 5x</p> <p>3) Got stranded next to road +/- 4 times with problems related to ad blue over a three year period.Dealer fixed vehicle everytime.</p> <p>4) For 100,000km service the vehicle was booked for the service on +/-99950km. Gor opening 3 days later.</p> <p>5) On arrival for service the reading was on +/- 100****m. Dealer refused to honor service plan</p> <p>6) On +/- 107000km the adblue light came on again. Went to dealer for assistance. R 20000.00 later and a new adblue pump the vehicle was released</p> <p>7) Three days later the same light came on. Back to dealer and now R 12000 for new valve was requested. </p> <p>8) I had no problem in paying for valve but requested some form of guarantee as mechanically the next item to go will be the injectors and then the valves and then the exhaust due to the 25lit of adblue discharged vie the exhaust.</p> <p>9) the valve to be replaced now is a result of the huge amount of adblue discharged vie the exhaust. The injectors will now also clog up due to the adblue discharge</p> <p>10) I require the vehicle to be taken back by the dealer and cancell the finace plan. From info the trade-in is between R 460000 and R490000 and the resale +/- R 540000.</p> <p>11) Balance on finance plan is R 474000.</p> <p>12) Alternatively the dealer provide guarantee for 30,000km for any repairs to any adblue related breakdowns.</p> <p>13) Currently I am not prepare to drive this vehicle as it constantly breaks down</p> <p>Regards</p>
