Excellent Service recieved from Mercedes Benz Durban

On the 7th of August 2019 I drove down to Durban for the long weekend and on the way down I noticed a warning light on my 2016 C class coupe that it needed brake pads. I was staying in Umhlanga and decided to approach Mercedes Benz Umhlanga as it was my closest dealership for assistance and to my surprise they were not very helpful or pleasant to deal with from the receptionist to the general staff.

I decided to call Mercedes Benz Durban in the hope they would assist and they went out of their way to assist me even though I had no appointment or prior arrangement. The Service Manager Andrew Wilkes was extremely proffessional and his 35 years of experience showed in the way he dealt with the situation and made me feel like a loyal customer throughout the process.

I would like to extend my appreciation and gratitude for the manner in which they assisted me.
