Excellent service

Great service and hospitality I got from Mercedes Benz Fountain from the entire team more especially Jo-Anne who was my service advisor. Took in my car on the 7th of June because my eco start stop and intelligence lights were not working . The service was great and fast , I was called by Jo-Anne who gave me detailed feedback. I was even offered coffee and ****in at Mercedes Benz fountain. Menlyn Mercedes could definitely learn a lot from Mercedes Fountains . Took in my car a couple of times to Menlyn Mercedes with the same problem including aircon which wasn’t working. Aircon wasn’t fixed the 1st time at Menlyn Mercedes took it back again to them and they only attended to it the second time I took it back. They even failed to fix my eco start stop and intelligence lights on the 29th of May 2019 , they even failed to give detailed feedback instead used up my petrol saying they were test driving the car .

Booked in my car at Mercedes Fountains in the 97th of June and the service was marvelous. Big ups to the entire team and my service advisor Jo-Anne .
