Engine can’t be supp**** by Manufacturers

I am absolutely disgusted by the service from Mercedes Benz South Africa, I called customer service to lodge a complaint, to cut a long story short, my dealer that is repairing my car ordered a long block engine from Mercedes due to failure. After waiting a long period for it to arrive I have been informed that Mercedes can’t supply and engine as was ordered and one is not available??? It’s a 10 year old car and you tell me your company can’t find an engine. Well shame on you and as far as your customer service I won’t even write what I think. Please don’t promise to investigate the case , give a case number and almost 2 weeks and no news from you. Very disappointed and maybe people should think twice about buying your brand.
