Empty Promises by Mercedes.

I recently paid off my car and in the same month in which it was paid off Mercedes continued to deduct an instalment. I have complained countless of times to their Financial division and have requested my money back. It has been over two months now and everytime I call I hear the same story that my payment is either hanging on their side or the creditors have not approved for the payment. This is after I was promised that I would have my money in 10 working days.

I have spent my time and money trying to get my money back but I all I keep hearing are empty promises which have not been fulfilled. As a person who has been a Mercedes customer for a very long time I am very disappointed in the way they have handle my case.
