****ed up service Ever

I'm very disappointed and frustrated with Mercedes Benz at large. Have ordered 2 Rims for my car since mid November 2022 by the Century City branch and is been 2 months now waiting and been told of system upgrade etc.

This has left me with no direction of what's happening nor to mention even your sales representative in parts department unable to indicate or track the order. Does this upgrade stop your service delivery for such long and with no action plans in place? Or you neglecting us and only focusing to profit 🤔.
