Due Diligence not followed

This comms represents a formal complaint on my side on what I perceive as possible negligence and unfair practise by Mercedes Benz SA.

This vehicle has been to Mercedes Benz for service and brake repairs.

The Brake Warning Indicator is now permanently displaying. The diagnosis is that the Brake Disc Front needs to be looked at and possibly replaced (or schemed).

My gripe is that the vehicle has been at Merc and this should have been looked at, last visit at 59 000 km while the vehicle was there and under warranty.

The vehicle is now at 64 000 km and out of warranty. Clearly this disc required attention as I would not take around 5 000 kms for these to require attention, especially if the vehicle has been inspected at Merc Dealerships, which is the case here.
