DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS DEALER THEY WILL DAMAGE IT AND THEN CHARGE YOU FOR REPAIRS

Hi. We recently did the brakes on my dad's Mercedes Benz c ********** model at Mercedes Umhlanga.The vehicle has 42000 kms. The vehicle is out of motor plan. Two weeks after the service the vehicle failed to start. We realised the battery was switched and it died. We took the vehicle back and they are charging R2000 for a diagnostic and almost R15000 for repairs which they say is damage to the ignition. They also failing to provide the hourly rate for the diagnostic. They are ******* and a *******. I would rather take my vehicle to other after market companies as they don't have any business ethics.
