Dissapointed and I need justice.. Problem started when the car was still in motor plan and they where not able to fix it

I am writing this with a heart full of sorrow. On 17 June 2019 me and my husband purchased a motor vehicle , A*** model, FRW 190 L from Mercedes Benz (Maemo) in Rustenburg. It was brand new . Unfortunately the vehicle has been not satisfactory because the car has broken down continuously and repeatedly. >when the car was 3 month it started giving a warning lights about Active brake assist functions limited .I took the car to Rustenburg dealership and also report the matter to Mercedes Benz south Africa. that's where my night mare started. my dream car turns to be a nightmare to me . They reserted the warning light but upon the arrival , the other warnings came and this time it was an engine light . I could not drive a car with an engine light.

I took it to the dealership again where they said that they have to order the fuel pump and that will take a month to come.

>>Fuel pump was changed and just after we collect the car , not even 2 KM away from the dealership the engine light came again along with the other warning for topping up coolant water . we took the car back to the dealership and they did what they did and return the car but the engine light was still on.

>>Not even a month after that , we got stuck in the middle of the road in another province because the car lost power. It was then towed to Constantia kloof dealership in Gauteng where they kept it for 8 weeks . Bare in my that my daily life depend on that car . my husband fought that they give us another car while they are fixing that one , we managed to get a cutesy car to use during that time but ended up being charged for using the courtesy car.

>>after 8 weeks of waiting for our car it was finally back to us but sadly it came back with the same problem. I was told to put full tank so that the engine light will go away . it was on Friday when we collect the car, Saturday morning i went to fill the petrol and drove it not more than 1km . I went in the mall , when i come back trying to start a car pufffff all the petrol is out and the car is not starting . all the petrol went to ground , i was so sad and frustrated . we managed to get the breakdown and they took the car to Rustenburg dealership where we had to wait for some weeks again because they do not have spare in the workshop. we patiently waited hoping that we will receive our car in good state . they fix the fuel pump again but the engine light did not go . water coolant was still there also. i drove it for a month with the engine light and toping up water in weekly basis. >>We took the car back again to the dealer ship and they kept it for 2 weeks but couldn't find what the problem was . The manager then said to me , please take the car and drive it until it gives u the problem ,maybe the problem that will come will lead us to where the big problem is. I was not satisfied but i had no choice but to to take his word as they tried all they can . >>Toping up water every now and then was persisting and engine light was still on . I could not drive it for a long distance anymore. I gave up on taking it to dealership and kept it at home. it will go a month without driving it . I tried to sell it but could not get the best bid on it. it was now used for local trips only. last week when i was driving up the hill it lost power I didn't reach where i was going . I made a turn to home and pack it, on the following day when i try to start the car it was cutting off and multifunctioning because it had a lot of messages on the screen . I went to Rustenburg dealership to report the matter but after the diagnose they said the pully is finished and the car engine is damaged. I have to pay +- R250 000 -00 for it to be fixed because it is out of motor plan. I felt powerless and helpless at the same time . How do Mercedes Benz explain a 3 year old car that never been involved in an accident to damaged the engine ? And that they where not able to fix the engine light and coolant while it was still on motor plan? I am happy with Mercedes Bens at all. I don't recommend anyone to buy A*** model it is a night mare . I only enjoyed my car for 3 months only . help me to get my car fixed .
