Dispute about Warranty & Customer Service

We are in dispute with Mercedes SA about declining to fix new C180 Manuel gear problems created by Clutch etc. The car is under 14k and has not done its 1st service. It has been a struggle to get a letter on their decision not to fix this week apparently I will get it on Monday so that I can escalate it to the Motor Ombudsman. In the process the Dealer Shiraz delivered a car with a towing truck today and left it on the street outside our house and we are struggling to start the car to drive it on the garage. I has been a ********** three weeks dealing with such a company that supposed to deliver excellent service. What a shame for a so-called premium brand.
