Disgusting customer yet again from Mercedes Benzr Constantia formerly the Claremont branch

Most disgusting customer service yet again from servicing my car. This is the MB Claremount Branch that has moved to Tokai but calls themselves the Constantia branch. Took my car for service on 26 October 2023 at the Constantia branch. They were busy with my car whole day because it was a major service. But I received no courtesy call on my cars service progress. I called at 4:15pm to inquire about my car. Received a call at 4:30pm that my car is ready. The service colonsultant even had the ordasity to lie to me saying he tried to call me earlier abut my car which he did nit. Then promised me mercedes would come an fetch me so I can collect my car. No one from MB came to fetch me or even have the decency to give me a call to say that they can't come an fetch me. I then recieclve a call the next day at 10am to say my car will be delivered at which point I was already on my way to Merced Benz an was ****ed off. The sad thing is this same thing happened at Claremont branch last year when my car went for service an no one at Mercedes Benz had the decency to contact me with an update on my car. Until I had to contact MB to find out the progress of my car. I am utterly disgusted at the service I have received from Mercedes Benz Contantiabrg formly known as the Claremont branch over the last few years. I will be taking this complaint up the manager level once again. I urge all MB owners to avoid this branch for servicing the vehicles at all cost an rather go to the Centuary City branch.
